Building Permit Application
Anyone wishing to build, restore an existing structure, or make modifications to it must obtain a building permit.
What documents are required to apply for a building permit?
The building permit application must include:
- A written request on plain paper, signed by the applicant or their representative. (2 copies)
- A property certificate, a court judgment, or any document proving ownership of the land intended for construction. (2 copies)
- A construction project plan. (5 copies)
- A receipt of personal income tax or corporate tax declaration. (2 copies)
- A receipt showing payment of taxes related to the property concerned by the building permit application. (2 copies)

A study detailing the minimum technical specifications for energy savings in the construction and extension of residential and office buildings, for any covered area exceeding 500 m².
