✅ Conditions for Service Eligibility

A building constructed in accordance with a building permit does not require a special authorization. The citizen may directly contact the National Sanitation Office (ONAS).

If the building was not constructed with a valid building permit, the decision to grant the authorization is made by a special technical committee established for this purpose.
