• The applicant must have completed the construction work for which they obtained a permit in accordance with current regulations.
• The completed works must comply with the content of the permit and the approved plans.
• A compliance report of the works must have been issued.

• A handwritten application by the applicant.
• A copy of the compliance report and the building permit.
• A certificate confirming the payment of all municipal taxes for properties located within the municipal boundaries.

The municipal technical department or the relevant municipal service.

• Reception of the application file.
• Review of the file and site inspection.
• Issuance of the occupancy authorization.

Within two months from the date of submission of the application.
